Terms & Conditions for Snap and Shake
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com or www.heart.co.uk or www.leicestersound.co.uk or www.ramfm.co.uk or www.trentfm.co.uk or www.reddragonfm.co.uk or www.mercuryfm.co.uk) apply to ‘Snap & Shake with the Sugababes’ online competition ("the Competition") which will run from 00.01am Monday 1st February 2010 to 11.59pm on Sunday 28th February 2010 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [95.8 Capital FM, Heart FM, Leicester Sound, Ram FM, Red Dragon, Mercury FM and Trent FM].
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must either:
1.1. Go online to www.sugababeslovewindows7.com / www.winwithwindows7.com and upload a video of themselves singing along to the Sugababes track About A Girl and enter their contact details. Online entry will open at 00.01am on Monday 1st February and close at 11.59pm on Sunday 28th February.
1.2 Be filmed singing About a Girl in one of the Windows 7/Sugababes booths touring around the country and give their permission for videos to be used online. Locations can be found at www.winwithwindows7.co.uk/roadshow.html
2. A panel made up of Global Radio staff and Universal Music staff will pick the 7 best performances out of those uploaded and filmed in booths. These will be put online and users will vote for their favourite. The one with the most votes will win.

(a) Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and will take place on a specific date in 2010 to be agreed by both winner and organiser
(b) Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a signature suite en suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
(c) Subject to availability at time of booking.
(d) Recording session at Abbey Road Studios will take place on 23rd March 2010.
(e) Based on two people enjoying three courses from the a la carte menu with half a bottle of house wine per person
